台風30号の影響に伴う営業体制についてお知らせいたします。
交通
伊王島大橋は風速25ｍ以上で全面通行止めとなります。
事前の告知なく通行止めになりますので、ご注意をお願いいたします。
宿泊
アイランドナガサキのキャンセルポリシーでは、一部団体様のご利用を除き、ご宿泊3日前よりキャンセル料がかかってまいります。
しかしながら、下記内容によるキャンセルでは、安全にお越しいただけないと判断させていただき、ご宿泊当日にご連絡をいただきましても、キャンセル料を請求しておりません。
・長崎市(伊王島)において、気象庁による気象等に関する特別警報が発令された場合。
・チェックイン当日、ご利用の鉄道、航空便などが気象などの理由によりキャンセル料免除の対象となった場合。
・お越しいただく際に使用される道路で、気象による通行止め等発生した場合。
上記に該当されない場合であっても、安全にお越しになれない状況であった場合は、ご連絡くださいませ。
なお、事前決済、ご宿泊3日前以内でのキャンセルされる際は、WEB上でのキャンセルではなくお電話にてキャンセルをお申し出ください。
営業時間変更・営業自粛
台風影響に伴い、お客様の安全を確保することが難しいアクティビティ、体験コンテンツについて、営業時間の変更、営業の自粛をさせていただきます。

Notice on Operations Due to Typhoon No. 30
Thank you for choosing i+Land nagasaki.
We would like to inform you of our operating status due to the impact of Typhoon No. 30.
Access / Traffic
The Iojima Bridge is completely closed to traffic when wind speeds reach 25 m/s or higher.
The bridge may be closed without prior notice, so please take care.
Accommodation
Under our cancellation policy, cancellation fees apply from 3 days before your stay (except for certain group bookings).
However, in the cases listed below, we have determined that it is not safe for you to travel, and we will not charge a cancellation fee even if you contact us on the day of your stay.
・A special weather warning has been issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for Nagasaki City (Iojima).
・The train, flight, or other transportation you plan to use on your check-in day is eligible for a fee-free cancellation due to weather conditions.
・A road you plan to use to reach us is closed due to weather conditions.
Even if your situation does not match the above, please contact us if you are unable to travel safely.
If you have prepaid, or if you are cancelling within 3 days of your stay, please cancel by phone rather than online.
Changes to Business Hours / Suspended Operations
Due to the typhoon, we will change business hours or suspend operations of activities and experiences where we cannot ensure the safety of our guests.

The “i+Land HALLOWEEN” STAMP & QUIZ RALLY,
currently underway, will be cancelled on both October 25 and 26
for the safety of our guests.
